Meet Paige
Paige is a proud solo caregiver to her daughter, Presley, and a passionate empowerment coach dedicated to helping women reclaim their strength and step into their fullest potential. Her journey is one of resilience, self-discovery, and transformation, built from the challenges she has faced and overcome.
In 2019, Paige became a mother to Presley, an unexpected blessing born prematurely and spending seven weeks in the NICU. In the years that followed, Presley was diagnosed with Spastic Diplegia Cerebral Palsy, Autism, and ADHD. Paige’s life changed in profound ways, and she learned to navigate the complexities of caregiving, all while embracing the power of her own story.
As a mother and advocate, Paige’s passion grew into a drive to help others. After years of working as a teacher, Paige transitioned to become a substitute teacher in rural schools and then pursued a Nutrition Coaching Certification. She also authored the children’s book Me, You, and the NICU, a resource aimed at supporting families in the NICU. Through her photo project My Little Preemie Project, she celebrated the strength of NICU families in Saskatchewan, creating lasting memories for families of premature babies.
Over the years, Paige has been a tireless advocate for caregivers. She has created and supported multiple fundraisers, collaborated with organizations like Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital, Beads of Courage, and Busy Ferns, and donated over 100 books to Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital. Her work has always been centered around empowering families facing unexpected circumstances.
In 2023, Paige completed her Life Coaching Certificate through an IFC Accreditation Program and began supporting others through her 1:1 coaching program, Evolution. As an empowerment coach, Paige helps women who feel stuck in their circumstances—whether from caregiving fatigue or self-doubt—shift into a mindset of empowerment, alignment, and growth.
Paige’s story is not just one of perseverance; it is a story of strength, love, and the power of choice. She believes that every woman has the ability to step into her best self and rewrite her story. Whether through her coaching, speaking engagements, or community-building efforts, Paige is here to guide women on their journey from shame to empowerment.

"A Story for My Little Preemie"
Children's Book and Giving Back to the NICU Initiative
When a child starts life in the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit), they look so little, so vulnerable. But with mom and medical professionals close by, soon fewer and fewer machines are beeping away. Before long, mother and child get to go home and start their life together outside of the hospital.
No one expects their child to end up in the NICU, and when they do it can be an isolating experience. This experience, still, gives them unexpected time together, in the quiet. This book celebrates those tender moments, acknowledging the fear while also embracing the beauty of every child who’s born into the world. It is a book of hopeful reflection, sharing the details of the NICU experience.
